Gates

I built a couple of gates over the last five days. The first one was a smallish gate with an infill of Russian Olive branches. This was a very free form style that turned out ok. The second gate was more traditional southwest gate with southwest art motifs on the top rail. The gate had a center divider and 4 lattias on each side. The part that is hard to understand even through it is physically demanding. I seem to get rest because I find woodwork relaxing and fun. Do you need to find a gate that gives you rest?
